Welcome to Elegant Drivers. By downloading our app, visiting our website, or using any of our services, you're agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. Think of it as a handshake between us — it means we both understand our responsibilities.
If you don't agree with any part of these terms, we'd ask that you don't use our platform. We genuinely hope you do agree, though — we've worked hard to make these terms fair and straightforward.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Elegant Drivers ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Elegant Drivers is an on-demand driver-hiring platform. We connect you with verified, professional drivers who will operate your personal vehicle — whether it's a quick city errand, a long outstation trip, a corporate pickup, or a late-night airport run.

Please note: Elegant Drivers provides driver services, not vehicle rental. Our drivers operate your vehicle. We are not a cab aggregator or taxi service.
To use Elegant Drivers, you need to meet a few basic criteria. These aren't meant to be restrictive — they're just practical requirements to ensure the service runs smoothly and safely for everyone.
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and refuse or cancel service if we have reasonable concern that these conditions are not met.
We've made booking as frictionless as possible — you can confirm a driver in under 60 seconds. Here's how it works and what happens when plans change.
Making a Booking
Cancellations
Life happens, and we understand that. You may cancel a booking before the driver has been assigned without any charge. Once a driver is en route or has arrived, cancellation charges may apply — these will be clearly communicated in the app at the time of cancellation. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellation fees.
No-show policy: If you don't show up at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the driver's arrival without cancelling, we reserve the right to treat it as a completed booking and charge the applicable base fare.
We built our pricing to be honest and upfront. No surge pricing. No hidden fees. No nasty surprises at the end of your trip.
Payments are accepted via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, and cash (where applicable). By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
A digital receipt is generated for every completed trip and sent to your registered email and/or phone number. Please retain this for your records.
Our drivers are professionals — and we ask that you treat them accordingly. Our platform works best when both sides respect each other. Here are the basic conduct expectations for using Elegant Drivers:
Violations of these conduct guidelines may result in immediate account suspension and, in serious cases, reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
We take every reasonable step to ensure the quality and safety of our services. However, we want to be transparent about the boundaries of our liability.
Important: Our drivers are professional operators — but they drive your vehicle. We strongly recommend ensuring your vehicle insurance policy covers third-party driver operations. If you have any questions about this, please consult your insurer.
Everything you see on our platform — the app design, website, logos, brand name, content, graphics, and software — belongs to Elegant Drivers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You're welcome to use our platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our platform without our explicit written consent. Unauthorized use of our brand or intellectual property will be taken seriously.
You can stop using Elegant Drivers at any time — no strings attached. Simply delete your account from the app or contact our support team to have your account closed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, poses a safety risk to our drivers or community, or behaves in a manner inconsistent with our values. Where possible, we'll notify you before taking action — but in cases of serious misconduct, we may act immediately.
We genuinely hope you never have a dispute with us — but if you do, we want to resolve it quickly and fairly. Our first preference is always a friendly resolution.
Please reach out to our support team first at hello@elegantdrivers.in or call us directly. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
We're a growing company, and our terms may need to evolve as our services expand or as laws change. When we update these Terms, we'll notify you via the app or email with at least 7 days' notice before changes take effect.
Continued use of our platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you don't agree, you're always free to stop using the platform.
